- How To Use:
- Belly Oil: Apply generously to your belly, boobs, and hips twice daily throughout pregnancy, starting from the first trimester. Allow 3–4 minutes for the oil to dry before dressing. Always patch test before use and avoid applying to broken or irritated skin. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight
- Bump Scrub: Squeeze approximately one tablespoon into the palm of your hand and gently massage onto your belly, arms, or legs while in the bath or shower. Leave on for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For best results, use two to three times per week
- Magnesium Body Rub: Gently massage a small amount onto your neck, shoulders, back, ankles, or any area of the body where discomfort occurs, until fully absorbed. Repeat as needed. Recommended for use from the second trimester onward and safe for use postpartum
